PAYMENT.

You can pay with any credit card when your shopping online including Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Euro/Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro Card. You may also use Silleknotte gift cards.

ORDER.

After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your package has shipped, you will also receive an email with tracking information. Your order and delivery address cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been placed. Please ensure that all details are correct prior to purchasing. SOLD OUT.

Because every item is made by hand and because I keep a limited stock, you may experience that an item is sold out. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact me. In most cases I will be able to make the item within one week. 

GIFT CARDS.

Gift cards can be used for both online purchases at www.silleknotte.dk and in the shop at Frederiksberg. Gift cards are non-refundable.
